Hello,
Susan O'Toole work for public heath as an Emergency Preparation technician, and is requesting to know if any teachers would like her to give a presentation to their class. She can do them on earthquake, flood, fire....etc... As you can see below, these can be tailored to your needs, related to age and content. She will be in Tok on the 16th and 17th and is available then for presentations. See a brief little bit of info below. Let me know if/when you would like to have her come to your classroom...I'll get her in touch with you, so you can line out what you think would work best.

I have a few ready to go (I just cannot call them “canned”) presentations. One of my favorites is on Safety Kept in Place or SKIP. That can be tailored to any age group even if it is just to raise awareness. I can do short class presentations on wildfires and/or earthquakes—probably our biggest threats during warm months for any age group. I will be in Tok Monday, May 16 through Wednesday, May 16. I can visit any of the schools in the Tok area, including Northway, Tanacross, and so on; Dot Lake would be easiest to visit on Wednesday afternoon as I drive back to Delta. I look forward to working with you and the AGSD. Susan Susan O'Donnell O'Toole, RN, MS, MPH Public Health Emergency Preparedness Nurse Interior Region
